The Drink March 23, 2022 Make me a drink of stars, Steal them all, from the vast expansive skies. The bewitching skies, holding dreams infinite and unknown. Silver, green, crimson, white... pluck them all. Squeeze them into a magical elixir, and pour into that mighty silver chalice, standing tall and sturdy. Blend some adventure mysterious. Let the drink rumble and bumble, with the stories unknown. Sprinkle some stardust glittering, before it can go into me, quenching my ever-longing thirst, and fertilize my life in ways magical mysterious and unknown. © Meghna, 2022, All rights reserved. The Sunflower May 01, 2025 You rise with the hunger of a thousand dawns, gold spilling from your throat, your face a furnace, Your roots clutching the earth like a child’s fist around a secret. The sky leans down to listen. You do not beg for light— You command it. Each petal a blade cutting through the gray, your spine unbending, even as the wind hisses through your leaves. At dusk, you bow, not in surrender, But in devotion. Your seeds are promises whispered to the soil- "One day, I will stand this tall. One day, I will burn this bright. Until then, I kneel beside you, learning the language of light." © Meghna, 2025, All rights reserved. Read more
Her Paradise January 18, 2021 She danced under the quiet moonlight, In the nature-built mansion, Somewhere in the blue-black forest, With fragrant flowers in her hair, Clothed in radiance, Barefoot and with starry eyes, She saw beauty in everything but herself. The forest rejoiced her presence, Time slowed down, Moments to last forever. She danced to the divine tunes. With a free spirit, she danced to the melody of the wind in the dancing trees. The diamond stars were her diadem. The world she created was filled with beautiful magic. It was, is and will continue to be her paradise, for life to occupy in love and peace. © Meghna, 2021, All rights reserved. Read more
