Moon and Night



Another scented enchanting night,

when the full moon is in sight.

She walks 

with a veil of mystic light,

with a hope of reviving senses to delight.

As she treads across the lake,

the silvery waters dance rhythmically to her steps,

the singing birds celebrate the night,

inciting a queer feeling to love and live. 

Emblematic of the magical senses,

this night is quintessential night of love untouched. 

As she walks upon the ledge,

exchanging oaths of promises to keep,

the moon in sight

celebrates the journey to embark.

Infusing a sweet fragrance,

the flowers proclaim,

the moon and nights,

will forever stay together,

linked inextricably !
